I have some skills I made for Borsalino, but they lack some polish since i could't make them work at the time, maybe they are helpful to you, how can i send the map to you?
Here i have some skill suggestion based on manga and anime; Q - shooting laser beams from Kizaru's fingers, causing massive explosions (area target) W - Light-speed Kick from distance (Single target, similiar to Akainu meigo) E - Pika-pika no mi, Chance to avoid damage ...% (passive skill) R - Yasakani no Magatama (area target, similar to Akainu ryusei kazan) T - Yata no Kagami, blink skill X - creating a powerful flash of light, blinding his opponent (stun skill for a few second, similar to luffy or ace haki) Kizaru's normal animation attack using light-sword(Ama no Murakumo) (similar to aokiji using ice sword)
