I think boots of speed have to change move speed up to 100 & then i have idea how make item passive stun/bash ability rate 5-8%(chance stun/bash), health & mana regen /second 3-10%
some hero got so op strong... Itachi Izanami(ignore all damage) Susanno IMBA armor Q long stun and E IMBA AS, he basically use Q and E t rape u... same thing with Orochimaru E IMBA AS MS, T snake combo stun target for like 4 seconds or so, and X Rashomon IMBA armor to everyone around Rashomon gates... use T and then go with E and auto attack till dead if not use R and gank him xd
forgot to mention about tobi new skill, W does shit load of dmg, when he use it if u stand in his skill for 2 second it will do shit tons of dmg, with 10 armor and he did like 800 dmg to me with W, imagine if u are in slow effect and he cast W u're so dead lol,
why tobi W is so op when jiraya and sasuke katon is the worst spell in the game? katon do 400 dmg AND IT NEEDS LIKE 3 SECOND TO DO 400 FUCKING DAMAGE WTF... jiraya E is USELESS u need to cast that shit spell for 50 times to kill a wave creep LOL
found the 1.8c map recently and while its not super balance and needs more item variation, its really super fun to play GJ! hope to play the update when it comes out
